Web training Myhealth London

The team from Myhealth-London are launching the next phase in development of their new website this week, with added functionality which will enable practices to build patient surveys free of charge and login to GP practice discussion forums.

The new Myhealth-London website was launched in Waltham Forest on 8 December and gives practices an interactive online web presence that meets the new patient participation directed enhanced service guidelines for publishing patient information online.

Dr Chopra’s surgery in Upminster Essex is one surgery who have taken advantage of the new web service and are working with the borough and comms teams at outer north east London to develop some interesting pages.

“We think the new Myhealth-London website is really good. We are looking at ways we can get information to our patients online and this is a great place to start. The borough team and comms team at ONEL have come out to give us an overview on how to log on and how the new content management system works so we can build new pages. We are going to keep working on our new site and will also try out the new patient survey module when it is launched this week.”

If you are interested in getting more help from NHS outer north east London on how to use the Myhealth-London website, please email laura.hayes@onel.nhs.uk. We will be running practice web training across ONEL at the end of January. Photo: Dr Chopra GP and Manju Arora Practice Manager.
