Urgent care
London clusters have identified improvement and identification of urgent care as one of their quality, innovation, productivity and prevention (QIPP) initiatives within their 2011-2015 QIPP plans. You can download our QIPP plan below.
In outer north east London, we will be piloting the new NHS urgent care telephone number for the public, 111. This is likely to be in Summer 2012.
